Questions
1> Both speeches talk albout the same idea. What is this idea?
2> Write an essay using the videos as a warm-up. You have to mention what they have in common and what the don't have in common. Write about 200 words.
Studying tips

É Last Friday Night da Katy Perry.
A seguir, o vídeo e a atividade! Bons estudos!

Swan (2007) lista alguns usos:
1. o uso de either...or para falar sobre escolhas entre duas opções, como em I don’t speak either Japanese or Russian (eu não falo nem japonês nem russo);
2. Como determinante, ele significa “one or the other of two” (um ou outro de dois): You can came in August or September. Either months are OK for me.
3. either of. Repare no exemplo: you can use either of the books. (você pode usar qualquer um dos livros).
4. Quando acompanhado de nome ou pronome significa ambos: If either of the men phones, tell them I’ll be this evening.
5. either side/ end significando “each” (cada): There are paintings in either walls of this bedroom.

- people who work with computers: user, programmer, web designer, IT person, software engineer, (systems) analyst, administrator, webmaster, helpdesk, techie (informal), geek disapproving (informal)
- someone who tries to break into a computer system: hacker, cracker
Are you geek? Being or not, do what makes you happy!
Bons estudos!
